Step 3. Review your order and click Checkout.

Step 4. Sign in or Register.

Step 5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, and complete the payment.

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. Please Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Order History’ to check your order status. You can choose to email us at info@mozros.com to get information on your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so through your order confirmation email. Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes, and you must wait until it is delivered.

Return Policy:

For hygiene reasons, products that are custom-made or in direct contact with the skin cannot be returned.

For other items, returns can be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided that written notification is sent to [email address] and the return form is completed.

Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging, unused, and shipped to our logistics center in China (or Turkey). All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, returns are supported, but visual evidence (photos/videos) of the issue is required.

They are not. Unfortunately, we do not have a say on customs and duties fees. All Customs and Duties Fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon receipt of package. The amount varies from country to country and depending on item(s) ordered.

Our size guide is a general guideline for recommending what size we think is best, but keep in mind that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guidelines.
